My career began 12+ years ago on Chicago's west side, working in the social sector to expand education and learning opportunities for children, young people, and families.
Early on, I learned a truth that still guides my work today: good work can only go as far as its operations allow. Meaningful, long-term success relies on the intentionality of your systems, processes, and the people who steward them.
