Operations Guru

My career began on Chicago's West Side, working alongside education and community organizations to expand opportunity for young people and families. Early on, I learned a truth that still guides my work today: meaningful impact depends on strong systems, clear processes, and the people who steward them. More than a decade later, I'm pleased to continue partnering with nonprofits and mission-minded organizations to build the operational infrastructure that supports long-term impact.

My approach

My approach is rooted in intentional partnership.

It's important to me to get to know your systems, processes, and people. I tailor my support to your unique needs and focus on the big picture to craft thoughtful systems and workflows.

Most importantly, I work to ensure your organization is left in a better place with clear implementation of strategies to support your team's future growth.

Why this niche?

Because my last decade working in the social sector has made it clear that your mission is too important to be overshadowed by back-end operations.
